after effects crash and disappear

AE crash frequently, sometimes even just open the software and I did not do anything, it will just disapear without any  have tried both win11 and win10 ,The driver is the latest version of nvdia Studio, I've also tried different versions including 2024 boxes of 2023 AE, The same problem will occur, Attach a log file to help see what the problem is。
