After Effects crash at launch on macOS

He reinstaldo hoy varias veces, after effects, pero siempre al abrirlo me sale este "no puede continuar After effcts: No se pudo cargar el paquete CEP (plataforma común de extensibilidad). Puede que tenga que instalarlo de nuevo.

No se como solucionarlo, me podrian, porfa ayudar.

Es sobre Macintosh.

    Quisiera saber si pudiste resolver el problema, tengo el mismo problema y no he logrado resolverlo. 😞

      Welcome to the Community and sorry for your issue.

      What's the exact version of After Effects you're using? The issue could be related to user account permissions. Try the steps mentioned in the following article: https://helpx.adobe.com/in/x-productkb/multi/preferences-folder-read-only-error.html#

      If it doesn't help, create a new user account on your computer and test After Effects in it.

      HELLO!

      I have done all the steps but I still have the problem. Some other way to resolve the error "Cannot continue After effcts: Could not load CEP (Common Extensibility Platform) package. You may have to install it again.
