After Effects Crash Pls help!

so basically i just started using after effects and i use it for like 5 minutes and it crashes. i can label all my computer specs if needed but they pass the requirements. Man idek what settings to tweak i tried everything!!

Nobody can tell you anything without at least some bit of system information and crash information.
