After Effects crash when changing Comp FPS

hello, when I try to change my comp fps from 59.94 to any other fps my AE crashes please help.

Hi John,

 

Sorry to hear about the crash. Could you share the following details?

  • What are your system specifications (CPU, GPU, RAM, OS version)?
  • What's the version of After Effects you're using?
  • Does it happen in all the apps?

Try running After Effects in Safe Mode and see if that brings any change.
