Question

After effects crash with different error messages

I've been having problems with After Effects on my Mac Studio for a couple of weeks now, the program often crashes with different messages, it won't let me open some projects I made a few months ago, I tried to update the operating system to Sequoia and also reinstall After Effects (last version but previous version too) but the result doesn't change... I'm attaching some screenshots with the details of the various crashes.

I've to work... how can I do?
Thanks in advance

Thanks for the answers... I tried to copy the file that doesn't open to a USB stick, log in with a guest Mac account and open it and it works, is there a problem with my account? Is there a way (other than reset the preferences that I've already done) to clear the Adobe settings on the current account?
Thanks

Thanks for trying. You narrowed it down. It could be a user account permission issue. Can you try these steps in your account with the issue?

Let us know if that helps.

Thanks,

Try running After Effects in Safe Mode with third-party plug-ins disabled. Here's how: https://adobe.ly/4iJE0Fu

Let us know if it helps.

Thanks for the post, Dario. It appears the team might need more information about your media and other workflow details. See this post: https://adobe.ly/3Rfe4pn. I hope the team can help you shortly on this.

Thanks,

It is hard to guess the cause. Would you also try to reset your preferences?

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.
