After Effects crashed, corrupting file. Hoping to salvage.

I was working in After Effects and went to playback and it crashed.  I think motion blur was the culprit.

However, when I rebooted After Effects and tried to open the project I got the Unable to import project (bad format or not readable) error.  To make matters worse, it appears my auto-save is only saving files once an hour, versus the every 20 minutes it's set at.  So I lost a good amount of work if I have to go back to the last auto-saved version.

I've tried attaching my project file this post but get an error claiming its contents don't match the file extension:

The attachment's flyers_talk_withfx.aep content type (application/octet-stream) does not match its file extension and has been removed.

Is there another way I can send this?

Here is a dropbox link if that works:

it looks like your project file are damaged, you may have a chance to recover the project if you save your project directly on the cloud  so you may be able to restore it from there also if you rendered using AME so you can restore some part of the project from the AME file

I tried both opening and importing your project file, and got the same error.
