After Effects crashes 5 after opening after effects for about 5 minutes .... 0 :: 42 error

About 5 mins after i open after effects it crashes showing this error (0 :: 42)

i unistalled and reinstalled AE, deleted pluggins.

What else can i try to resolve it

    Sorry to hear about the crash. How do you launch After Effects - Do you double-click a project file or click its icon? Do you get this error on a specific project? Can you try the solution mentioned in the following community thread: https://adobe.ly/3EHb2HX
