After Effects crashes at launch

I just got after effects 2024 like 20 minutes ago it doesnt load up at all I mean sometimes it does but if i do anything it basically just crashes my whole computer I just wanna edit someone help please

 

windows 10 64 bit

16 gb of ram

i have enough storage

i dont know what to do everythings up to date i already payed like 35 dollars

    1. You check the system requirements.
