Question

After effects crashes immediately right after I export to media encoder

Hello, I have this issue that got me completely paralized in my work. Cant expoty to media encoder cause after effects crashes. I tried unistalling/reinstalling both media encoder and after effects with no luck. Tried restart, shut down anything. Still the same problem. I am using an iMac. Can you please help?

 

I have the log files that exported with the error but they are quite long to post here.

Hi I am on MacOs Mojave 10.14.6

 

No plug ins or expressions used.

Sorry, I forgot to ask:

- What's the exact version of After Effects and Media Encoder that you're using?

- Did you have this problem before?
