After Effects crashes ONLY when using second monitor

For the past two days AE support techs have not been able to solve the problem: AE crashes ONLY when using second monitor.  AE support has escalated issue. No one seems to be able to fix this problem.

All other Adobe CC products seem to work fine except AE.
