After Effects Crashes when i click on "create text and camera"

when i go in effects tab and write ´3D Camera Tracker´ and i drag it to my clip, then it starts to render my clip when its done i right click  somewhere on the clip and then when i click left click it show alot of diffrent thins one of them is "Create text and camera" when i click it it frezzez and then it crashes. PLEASE I NEED HELP

    Can you provide more information about your computer and workflow?

    Does it crash every time you try using the 3D camera tracker?

    Try updating or rolling back your graphics driver directly from the video card manufacturer’s site.
