After Effects crashes when importing 3D objects

When I try to load a 3D object, After Effect cannot contunue advanced plug-in generated an unexpected explosion, it gives this message, says save and closes. Is there a solution for this?!... There is no way to load 3D objects directly, anyway?!...... So we will upload 3D nail polishes and fun 3D science.

Is the 3D object stored in a cloud-based location? If so try copying it to local storage media and then import it.

Could you share a screenshot of the error? What are your system specifications (CPU, GPU, RAM, OS version) and version of After Effects you're using? Also, does it happen with all the 3D objects?
