After Effects crashes when using Magic Bullet Looks

I downloaded the new maxon app 2023 and, accordingly, the magic bullet looks plugin. but when I go into after effects and apply coloring using "looks", the application just crashes. what is the problem? I've already reinstalled it several times. at first, I just didn't ship the coloring. and gave out lags. and then after effects closes. Please tell me, it's very urgent!!!! Title edited by Mod.

You can download the driver from the GPU manufacturer's website. For this issue, I recommend contacting the plug-in manufacturer to see if they can help.

so just two weeks ago, the computer was loading everything perfectly, I used colorings. and when I reinstalled it, the application began to crash.

Update your graphics driver and configure it suitably, Check the settings in AE, get the correct version of the plug-in, get a new computer. Whatever fixes the problem. Your computer is either too weak or misconfigured.
