After Effects crashes while rendering

Hello, I'm having this render crashing issue the whole day since I've updated to AE 2023. No difference whatever I render with, both AE and AME crash (getting that "Send report / Don't send" message) and the render just stops there. I thought it could be a plug-in issue, but this happens on random places. Sometimes it renders a part that later on another try won't get rendered either. I've been using AE 2021 before that but now I can't even get back to that older version, it's not available any more in my creative cloud.
