After Effects Crashing

Every time I go to open a specific composition my after effects closes and does not allow me to open the file. Does anyone know how to fix this problem.

Are you using multiple monitors?

Does it crash when closing the Timeline panel?

Sorry to hear about the issue.

Sounds like an issue with the particular project. In which version of After Effects this file was created? Did you use any third-party plug-ins? Try importing your file in a new After Effects project.
