After Effects Crashing

Hi all, I typically don't post here for help and consider myself pretty capable of solving these issues on my own but this one has me stumped. At any given moment in a session After Effects will crash, start up, placing keyframes, applying effects, and even being idle. The most recent crash has yielded this error message: 

 I've dealt with multi crashes in the past, but this one is unique because after effects will consistantly give me the option to save my project prior to closing. I don't have any of the crash dumps but I'm sure I could force one if needed.


My computer specs are:
Windows 11
GPU: RTX 4090
CPU: Intel i(-14900K
RAM: 64GBs
Motherboard: PRIME Z790-P WIFI D4
