After effects crashing

Hello,

 

I am using after effects 24 (latest version). My after effects is crashing really frequently. Whenever I try to playback a project it crashes. Sometimes I download templates from envato and whenever I try to playback the video after effects crashes.  Even when I try to render it crashes as well. Sometimes I have to render 20-30 times to complete a video to render. Sometimes my whole system crashes and shows "sorry your pc ran i nto some issues' and restarts. I have tried every solution given on youtube but nothing seems to work. I have everything orignal like windows and adobe softwares as well. Is this a hardware issue?  

My pc specs are: 
Intel Core i7 14 gen 14700K 

64 gb ddr5 ram

Deepcool LE720 360MM Lquied CPU COOLER

GeForce RTX 4070 OC EDITION 

DEEPCOOL DQ850M-V3L 850W Power Supply

Asus PRIME Z790 Motherboard. 

Please help me.

    Hi there,

    I'm sorry to hear about this. Do you see the crash reporter box when After Effects crashes? By the latest version, do you mean After Effects 24.6.2? You can check this by going to Help > About After Effects.

     

    It is very unlikely that an error in After Effects will cause the system to crash. Do you see any blue screen errors? I recommend looking at the Intel microcode issue and looking at possible updates you can install to fix that issue: https://adobe.ly/4eHjBP7.

     

    Please also perform a clean installation of the most recent NVIDIA Studio Drivers. Outdated or corrupt drivers can cause similar issues.

     

    If your OS is stable and you still experience crashes, please try Safe Mode with third-party plugins disabled (Edit > Preferences > Startup & Repair > Start in Safe Mode). Check the box to disable third-party plugins at launch.
