After Effects crashing after sending job to Media Encoder

Got the same issue on AE 2020 and now in 2021...

Welcome to the Community and sorry for your issue.

Version 2021 is shipped with some improvement in the Dynamic Link. Try updating After Effects and Media Encoder and see if it brings any change.

Let us know how it goes. You can install the 2020 version anytime if don't like the latest version

Without any info about your project, your computer, comp settings, render settings and ultimately crash info this is going nowhere. You have not offered even the most basic details, so nobody can even guess what the cause of the crash may be and whether or not there's a chance that those issues have been fixed in AE 2021 or what else you need to do on your end.
