After Effects Crashing after using Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool

Hello guys, I couldnt install creative cloud as the .exe wasnt opening... so I used the AdobeCreativeCloudCleanerTool... but after using this i can no longer start after effects, how can i fix this?
