After Effects crashing on dell computer

On my school computer, After Effects freezes very often. I don't know what the problem is; every few minutes it freezes and any button can't be pressed. Even when just making simple objects like adding solid layers or adding text, it freezes.

In the room, there were many computers other than Dell, such as HP and MSI, but strangely, only Dell computers had problems, whatever their specifications.

Some problem-solving has been done, such as clearing the cache, installing codecs, resetting graphics (Ctrl+Win+Shift+B), reinstalling the graphics driver, and reinstalling After Effects, but the same problem is still often encountered.

The computer specifications that I use are quite capable.
(DELL Precision T3640)
- Intel Core i7-10700
- 16GB RAM
- RTX 2060 SUPER
- NVMe SSD
- Windows 10 64-bit

Without actual crash info we can't tell you much. If it's that specific, yet easily replicable, then it stands to reason that this relates to a specific cause as well, be that  a vendor-branded driver or configuration utility or something simpler.

AE freezes and suddenly stops, AE is still open but UI is not working or cannot be pressed. like "Not Responding", but no error message at all. And also the UI is not white screen like "Not Responding" software
If you look in the Task Manager, there is also no "Not Responding" description.

NVIDIA driver using version 517.40
