After Effects Crashing/Rebooting system when CLOSING software

I will have a Premiere/After Effects project open.

I close Premiere and then close out of After effects using the top right "X" button. Premiere closes fine, then closing AFX will freeze and shut down entire system, then it reboots windows. I have also seen Crashes with no reboot but "memory string error".

Windows 10

Dell Inspiron Laptop

i7

16GB RAM

Nvidia Quadro P3000

NVMe 1TB Drive

All updated drivers, etc.
