After Effects Crashing upon startup Apple M1 Max

Hi, I keep getting this error when I startup After Effects. I've tried re-installing, but no luck. 

 

Has anyone run into this issue and what fixes it?

 

I'm running a:

Apple Macbook Pro 14" 2021

Chip: Apple M1 Max

Memory: 64GB

Hi David,

 

Welcome to the community and sorry for your issue.

Are there any third-party plug-ins installed? 

Go to HD/Library/Application Support/Adobe/Common/Plugins/7.0/MediaCore and move all the files and folders (except dummy.txt) to the desktop and try to launch After Effects.

    Hello, it still didn't work. I uninstalled and installed an earlier version of AE 22.0 which doesn't have that error. It's a temporary solution, but would like this issue patched up in the next update.
