after effects cs5 importing mp4 no video audio only

Hi. 

So I am using my student copy of CS5 that I got from college.  I tried to import an MP4 and it only imports the audio.  When I play it in Windows medial player it shows the video and everything. 

I am using Win10. I have another MP4 of an animation I did an AE also and i imported that into this project just to see. Honestly its just this MP4 I recorded gameplay of a game with OBS and it only started happening today.  Past recordings I can import with no issues.  Can someone tell me what I did wrong?
