After effects diagram out of control !

Question

I recently startet with after effects and quickly found out how komplex it is. Everyting went perfect untill i got to the diagram where you can change the speed and stuff ( I was editing a car video ). First the diagram was complety with the seconds on the side and then it completly changed out of nowhere : there where percent numbers on the side the line wich is suposed to change the speed is no longer changing the speed and there are two wierd lines wich are moving complety wierd up and down without any seable effect .

does someone knows how to get it back to normal ?

That looks to me like the speed graph.  Personally I find that area quite difficult to control and tend to avoid it where possible.  If you want to alter the speed of your animation, it is much easier to move the keyframes in the timeline.  You could always then apply the Smoother (Window menu... Smoother) to smooth out the animation when you have the timings right.
