After effects does not save the project or changes to the project. The render doesn't work.

I have on Macbook Pro M1, mac os Big Sur 11.6.1 after Effects 18.4.2 (version 22 too) very often does not work saving the project. When creating a clean project or opening an old one, when trying to do something-any way to Save Changes stops working. The ability to put it on render also doesn't work (the window for saving doesn't open). Neither a clean install of After Effects, nor deleting and rearranging with adobe Cloud and the program does not solve the problem. Clearing the cache doesn't help either. The problem passes by itself if the program is restarted like this 5-10 times.  WTF ADOBE????????????????

Adobe every year shows what its most stupid programmers are and have "curly hands". I've only had problems with Adobe software in my entire life. No work on optimization! What do we pay this company for every year? For updating Adobe Cloud and Photoshop? After Effects works terrible, Premiere Pro works terrible!!!! For 10 years, I have not seen good and stable operation of programs.
