After Effects doesn't render the same as to the preview

Hi,

I'm new to adobe after effects. I'm rendering a video on Windows Adobe After Effects and when I render it there is a strange hole in the persons head that is not there when I'm using the preview. Anyone know why?

    Make sure you are viewing the Active Camera view. That is the only view that will render. The other views are there just to help you line things up.

    Try updating or rolling back your graphics driver directly from the video card manufacturer’s site.

    Can you post a screenshot of it?
