After effects doesnt play preview after clicking space shortcut

Hello everyone! Please help me to solve the problem. After effects doesnt play preview after clicking space shortcut on my laptop, but it does work on my another computer. A found some similar topics here and i understand that it related to audio hardware somehow( people says that need to change default output, but problem there is no other output except dynamic realtec audio).

found out why. So, the problem was in audio drivers. In my case windows 10 , but drivers for Win 11

Thanks for writing in.

Is it just the audio preview that's not working or is the visual preview not working as well? What's the version of After Effects you're using? Also, what are your system specifications (CPU, GPU, RAM, OS version)? Could you share a screenshot of the Preview panel?

We're here to help, just need more info.

    One more strange thing that i found. AE does play preview if i use my big speakers with it, but doesnt work with headphones or standart speakers on my laptop

    Yopu have not provided any info about your actual hardware and preview settings, so we can't realyl tell you much. The same standard answers apply: Check the hardware accelration settings, update your grasphics driver, clean out the caches, check all other settings.
