After Effects don't show image

Hi everyone ! i work every day with After, one day stop showing image, i open a project or create a new and no show image on canvas. I tried to update the graphic card and windows and the same after effects, but nothing worked.

This is the information of my graphic card.

You have a gray solid in your timeline. Try re-importing the picture and placing it above the solid.

If I open a project, it does not show it either.

What's the problem?  You made a gray solid, and it's gray in your comp window.  What else would you expect?

The problem is that I can't see anything in the viewport
