After Effects Download didn't come with Cinema4d lite

I uninstalled and reinstalled the updated After Effects program and still have the same issue pop up:

"After Effects: AEGP Plugin CINEMA 4D: Cineware Server Suite failed to acquire renderer port and path. Server commands not available. (5027::12)"

After clicking okay. Another window pops up stating: "After Effects error: CINEMA 4D: Rennder Failed (5070::0).

I have been using Adobe Suite for years and don't know why the Cinema 4D Lite is now missing. I looked at the other forums and took the advice to uninstall and restart the program after reinstalling but I got the same issue. Where did Cinema4D lite go? Do I have to download the full version of Cinema 4D from the site? I only plan on using Cinema 4D a few times and don't need the full annual membership and I don't want to start a trial with Cinema 4D when it's supposed to come with After Effects in the Lite version.

Please advise! Many thanks.

I'm not clear what you are asking. The various failures to connect via Cineware are nothing to do and have nothing to do with whether the app is actually there or not. they are simply blockages in your networking configuration on local ports. That being the case, it would be the first thing to actually verify that the apps and components are actually there. Anything beyond that may simply boil down to tweaking the file and folder permissions, which seems a more and more common problem on Macs these days.
