after effects error

I was working in after effects and it randomly closed and gave me this error. I exited out, restarted my computer, etc and I keep getting this error every time I try to open my file I was working on. (See attached screenshot of the error)

 

Any ideas or help?

The file is probably lost, so just move on and start over. There's just no good way of repairing AE files if the usual steps of opening them with capslock enabled or importing them in an empty project don't work. Regualr saving of incremental versions and backup copies is strongly advised.
