After effects error can not analyze the form of the mask in the clipboard

Good morning,
Every time I open after effects this error appears "after effects error can not analyze the mask form in the clipboard". It also happens when I open preferences, and sometimes while I'm working.
Can anyone help me? I do not know how to do.

    Have you tried copying something else (such as this line of text) to your clipboard? Highlight it and hit Command+C! See if that helps.
