after effects error: crash in progress

Hello Adobe,
It all happened since I updated my software. I had many pending updates for all my Adobe software, but as soon as I updated them, my After Effects started crashing repeatedly. I tried all possible solutions, followed everything I found in the community with similar issues, but I still have the same problem.
Attached are the errors that I am facing. Is there anyone here to help

CPU: 11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-11800H @ 2.30GHz (16 CPUs)

GPU: NVIDIA RTX A3000 Laptop GPU

RAM: 32.0 GB

WINDOWS: 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor

1. I have tried this method multiple times actually before I select any option pop up appears about After Effects error that doesn't allow me to reset or open in safe mode.

2. I've updated my GPU recently to the latest one.

I am having the same problem again and again.

I am sharing the screenshots to better analyze the situation.

Thanks for sharing the details. Please try this: Go to the following location and remove (or move to a different location to keep a backup) all files and folders except dummy.txt, and then attempt to launch After Effects.
Here's the location - C:\Program Files\Adobe\Common\Plug-ins\7.0\MediaCore

Sorry to hear about the crash. What are your system specifications (CPU, GPU, RAM, OS version)? Are there any crash reports? Are there any third-party plug-ins installed for After Effects? You can try the following:

1. Run After Effects in Safe Mode with Third-party plug-ins disabled. Here's how: https://adobe.ly/47cltO3

2. Update your GPU driver to the latest.
