How to resolve this error?

When opening after effects. This error pops up and then wont respond.

The cause may be Firewall. Would you temporarily turn off the Firewall and open After Effects?

Thank you. I did try that, but so happened that my memory is low, so I upgraded my storage and re-install the apps again.
