After Effects error: Crash in progress. Last logged message was: <14304> <FLT>

i got this error when i open my file on adobe after effect 2020 but I still can open it on 2019 or 2021 2022 I'm a template marker so I have to make it available on 2019 anyone can help me fix this please

Really keep supporting the old version begin an issue now because adobe stopped supporting the old version so if the issue is a bug in AE you can't do anything you should make your template work on the newer version only.
