after effects error: crash in progress. last logged message was: <17380> <APIP> <5> a6a308d6-03f3-45

Above is the error message being displayed every time i go to open up after effects, i have contacted the support team and 24 hours later no help. I have deleted version 23.0 and installed 23.1 and 22.6 and still no hope getting the same error messages every time, i have installed latest drivers for graphics card and not sure what else i can do. Please someone provide help. My PC has all the specs to run this software i dont understand what the issue is
