After Effects error: internal verification failture, sorry! {bad sub rect in ShrinkToSubRect}, Win10

I've been making some motion graphic project on AE recently, when I was reviewing my project this error window somehow jumped out. I tried to close it but it just keeps opening up. I've searched it online but it seems the problem is quite new and no obviouse solution.

Anyone knows how to solve it? Many thanks!

My PC

CPU: i7-6700

RAM: 16GB

GPU: GTX1060

SYS: win 10

Thanks for reaching out. I see that you are having trouble while working in After Effects.

Are you using any effects in the project? Are you facing this issue with all the projects?
