After Effects error: Internal verification failure, sorry! {itemH cannot be NUL} (5027 :: 20)

This error appears when I use the text tool. I fixed it before reinstalling all my plugins, but it's here again and I don't want to reinstall my plugins everytime it appears. What can I do and what's de cause of it?
