After Effects error: internal verification failure, sorry! {no current context}

I get this error a lot with the latest AE, sometimes when loading documents, sometimes randomly and a lot of the time in the log and as an error when exporting:

AE version:

14.0.1.5

Systems:

MacBook Pro (Retina, 15-inch, Mid 2014) 2.8 GHz Intel Core i7 - 10.12.1

MacPro Mid2010 - 2x2.93Ghz 6 Core - 10.11.6

Log example: It exported everything fine just came up with errors.

    TIFF 16BT Images Sequences

    As explained I get the error a lot in various circumstances, typically working from camera raw image sequences. OS details in previous post.

    I'm not familiar with that sort of issue. I'd recommend you contact Adobe support and definitely file a bug report with Adobe if the support guy can't fix it. (Bug reports go directly to the AE team.)
