everytime i try to preview the render, i get this pop up. I noticed people who had this issue were using team project but im not. I tried restarting and deleting cache but to no avail. I'm using the latest ver. of AE and AI. please help.

What are your system specifications (CPU, GPU, RAM, OS version)?
Does it happen with all the projects? Does it happen in a new project as well?
Are there any third-party plug-ins installed?

Hello, I am having the same problem.

It happens with only one of my projects, in which I am using ai. files for animation.

Almost anytime I try to preview a render in the projects, it crashes with this message.

At first it plays well and at some point it just crashes with this message. And after that, I can't preview the render, because the message pops up again. I have to restart AE, than it words fine I can even preview the render for a bit, but then it crashes again and I restart again.. 😕😕
