after effects error: invalid filter (25::3)

Question

hello, i've tried to find a solution for this for ages but i can't seem to find one but i am writing here in hopes of finding a solution. i am using adobe after effects cc 2018 on a macbook air. so i have tried to download sapphire plug in for free using this link: [link removed] and when i downloaded sapphire from the link, everything went well. until i tried to use one of the effects. i tried to use one of the effects and i got this error saying "after effects error: invalid filter (25::3)." i've tried using many other effects and this error pops up for all sapphire effects. i've looked for solutions and tried redownloading using many other links but i still can't seem to find anything that would help me. i am a beginner in after effects and i really hope someone will be able to help me with this error. thank you. hope to hear back soon.
