After Effects error message cant be closed

Every time I close my After Effects this error message pops up. The problem is, I can't interact with it at all. I can't click on the X neither on send report. I have to restart my PC every time because the message won't go away no matter what I do.

Anyone else having these issues?

Without any system info we can't really tell you much. Standard mechanisms like the closing X not working suggests that there has been a severe security violation and Windows has locked itself to prevent further damage. That could be anything from a driver crash to networking issues causing a kernel fault. Realyl impossible to say. Start by actually checking your event viewer. it most definitely will have a bunch of red and yellow warning signs that might offer some clues.
