After Effects Error: Strange Situation [0/1]. ( 26 :: 82 )

Question

Dear Developer or adobe team. I have few question about this bug/error.

I can't import photoshop file into my new after effect project. While i imports from adobe photoshop, there's an error pop up in my screen (image1). And then when i click OK, there's another error pop up in my screen (image2). But after this notification, i can't see my imported file. Just another blank file.

I have tried to uninstall and reinstall my after effects, but with same version (24.6) because my laptop stuck on this version.

Device: Macbook Pro M2 8GB - OS Tahoe
After effect: Version 24.6.8

Sorry to hear about the issue.

Can you test if it is happening with all the Photoshop files or a specific one? What version of Photoshop are you using? Do you mind sharing the Photoshop file with me for testing? That'll help us understand if it's the Photoshop file or After Effects. Feel free to share the file via DM.
