after effects error the source compression type is not supported version 22.2 on MacOS Monterey

Can open any of my prodjects as of yesterday morning, dosens of warning errors on all my AE projects... please see attached.

I cant work!!!

Any help much appreciated

Looks like you busted up your Quicktime. You may need to reinstall it. Otherwise check whether your hardware acceleration stuff is working and configured correctly.
