After Effects files incompatibility

I have a MacBook M3 Pro, and I am still receiving this message when importing AEP files. When I open the file, I also encounter this type of message.

I am experiencing the same issue with PNG and MOV files.

To be honest, I find it very disrespectful that Adobe does not provide a manual crash report option or an error report generator to better understand what is going wrong.
