After Effects GREEN video - Unable to avoid with new Adobe update

The usual fix for the error below where videos render as green, is to uncheck "enable hardware accelerated decoding" - however with the new AE23 - it works for 99% of the video, and throws in a green frame randomly.

Please assist.
