Question

After Effects has encountered a problem and needs to close

Hello everyone

 

After Effects is crashing without giving much information. The only thing I can notice is that when the plugins are loading at the opening window, it would stay forever in AE Juice pack Manager 4. The only option they give me is to send a report to Adobe, which they never respond. I would appreciate any help on this matter since I need to finish some projects and this problem is taking too long to solve.

I opened a old project insted of opening AE directly and it worked

        Hi Vivian Alejandra5CCC,

         

        Mylenium is right!

        It looks like the crash happens due to the AEJuice plugin. Remove that to fix the problem and contact the plugin manufacturer to see if their plugin is compatible with the version of After Effects that you're using.

        Hello and thank you for your time and answer.

         

        I'm still trying to deal with that problem, I've tried deleting the AE Juice Pack Manger folders everywhere on my pc and now I get to see the after effects window and then closes again been stocked like the screenshot I attached previously. I don't really know what else to do I reinstalled AE in different versions and nothing seems to work, also it won't give me an error log or something like that. I'd really appreciate any kind of help.

          I also have this same issue, ive tried to delete the plugin everywhere and re-install and nothing is working.

          You answered your own question: Remove the plug-ins. Apparently they are not compatible with CC 2021.
