After effects interface won't scale to tablet screen

Question

Hello, I own a Wacom mobile studio pro 13 and I use after effects on it - problem being that when I open certain windows in it (for example Interpet Footage) it will open to a size that goes outside my screen bounds and i can't minimize it to fit in.

any way to optimize AE to the tablet?

Probably not. You can't hack around the minimum system requirements:

System requirements | After Effects

In your case most likely the fact that your main screen has a lower res than the tablet and dictates the actual resolution is the actual problem. Maybe you can change rthe settings, maybe you can't. Impossible to say based on such insufficient information.
