After Effects is playing back and exporting extremely fast. HELP

Question

Hey guys I need HELP!!! I have finally learned how to animate cover arts and today I went to do my first official animation and when I changed the duration from the stock 30 seconds now everything in my work space plays back extremely fast, and it also exports extremely fast too. Even tho the duration is set to 2:16 when creating the composition it exports to like 3 seconds. Any advice helps!!

That's not ideal. Would you mind sharing a screen recording of the problem? Also, please include which setting you changed that led to this.
