Question

After effects is processing image size incorrectly

Hello, I'm struggling with getting an .exr sequence into After Effects from Nuke. The images are being exported at UHD 4k, and for some reason, AE is reading them as 11k+ size images. When re-imported to Nuke, the sequences are still in 4k UHD.  The error codes are as follows:

(0 :: 9997) Was not able to make a PFWorld/Volumes

(37 :: 3) internal verification failure (effect modules should only dispose worlds they have allocated)

Decrease the memory requirements for the rendering of frames. 2 Memory limit reached errors 1_ Image buffers of size 12391 x 10885 @ 32 bpc (2.0) exceed internal limits.

I genuinely don't know what to do, my .exr sequence is fine coming out of Nuke, it must be an issue on the Adobe side. If there is any information reguarding .exr pipelines and workflows, then that would be much appreciated.

Can you post a sample EXR that is causing the issue?
