After Effects is taking 900% from my CPU

Hello comunity, I'm having this really odd trouble with an Macbook Pro 16" 2020: as you can see in this ClearMyMac print below, AE 2025 and 2024 is taking really more from CPU than it should. This laptop has an AMD radeon dedicated GPU, but AE is not using it significantly, at least to not heat up to 78°C

Any idea of what can be causing this?

Is there a specific project/effect that causes this behavior? Do you see the same problem if open After Effects and create a new project?
